Thank you for your interest in Doctors Nursing and Rehabilitation Center . We are a 120 bed skilled care facility employing 110 specialized citizens of the Salem area. We are proud of the fact that while residing at our facility you will see, on a daily basis, those same individuals you attend church with or while shopping locally. We are proud of our “Hometown” heritage and we are honored for the opportunity to provide our service to you.
