Position availability will vary as vacancies occur. Individuals
interested in making an application for employment may apply in person at
the facility, or print our on-line application, fill it out, and
hand-deliver it to the facility. Applications will be kept on file for six
months, if no vacancies are available at the time your application is

provided by law. Administration A licensed
Administrator oversees all departments within the facility to ensure
compliance with State and Federal regulations. The administrator is
responsible for customer satisfaction, with a focus on excellence in the
delivery of care and resident services.
Nursing
Our nursing department consists of RN’s, LPNs, and certified
nursing assistants. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overall
management of the nursing department and regulatory compliance with clinical
standards. The Director is supported by nurse managers who assist in staff development
and help coordinate care programs for patients with special needs, such as,
sub-acute respiratory care, wound management, restorative programs, etc. Our
nurses are able to utilize a variety of clinical skills in our sub-acute
setting. Certified nurse assistants provide the hands-on care required by
many residents, including assistance with the activities of daily living,
such as bathing, dressing and grooming. They also provide mealtime
assistance to residents who may no longer be able to feed themselves.
Respiratory Therapy
Licensed respiratory therapists provide respiratory therapy, ventilator
support and other services for acute respiratory patients 24-hours a day,
seven days a week.
Rehabilitation Department Licensed physical, occupational and
speech therapists, as well as therapy assistants, are provided through The
Rehab Care Group. They are hired independent of Doctors Nursing &

Business Office
The business office staff work with residents, families, government
agencies, third party payers and vendors to ensure the financial and
accounting aspects of the facility are managed properly. Our business office
staff consists of a business office manager, business office assistant and
receptionist. Recreational Therapy
Recreational therapy, commonly referred to as “Activities” is important
to the emotional and social well-being of our residents. Our activity
program is lead by a certified Activity Director, with help from an activity
assistant and many community volunteers. The Activity program provides an
opportunity for residents to pursue individual interests, as well as
participate in group activities and community outings.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping department is responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness of our entire facility, while providing daily services to our
residents, as needed. Our housekeeping staff is an important part of our
customer service initiative, visiting with residents and families, working
to provide a pleasant and homelike living center.
Laundry Our laundry staff is responsible for in-house laundry,
such as linen and towel service, and our residents’ personal laundry needs.
The laundry staff is committed to ensuring the residents clothes are washed
and returned in a timely manner, an important area of customer service.
Maintenance
Our maintenance director is responsible for making sure the physical
plant is well-maintained and equipment is working properly. Our maintenance
staff also assists in monitoring compliance with state and federal
life-safety mandates, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our
residents and staff. Additionally, our maintenance staff strives to maintain
resident’s personal property and equipment. In the event our staff cannot
repair an item, they may refer resident to an appropriate repair service.
Social Services The Social Services department provides a variety
of services to meet the resident’s individual social and emotional needs.
This may includes a variety of counseling services, as well as coordinating
community services (such as hospice) and discharge planning.
Nutritional Services
Nutritional services are provided by the dietary manager and dietary
assistants. These professionals are responsible for meal and snack services
for our residents, and are trained to meet strict public health standards.
Dietary services are overseen by a registered dietitian consultant.
Admissions/Business Development
Our admissions office is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for
individuals requiring our services. This includes pre-admission counseling,
as well as working with families to ensure the resident’s needs can be met.
Admissions staff is also responsible for business development, ensuring the
facility is able to meet the on-going needs of the community.
