Our partners in care include a wide variety of medical professionals, including our Medical Director, attending physicians, physical, occupational and speech therapists, respiratory therapists, hospice support staff, wound care nurse specialist, licensed dietitian consultant, and licensed social worker consultant. We also contract with professional lab services, pharmacy services, x-ray providers, a podiatrist and optometrist, to provide ancillary services to our residents. We also work with area home health agencies and other community-based services to arrange services for residents who are able to return home.
